A concert series consisting entirely of works commissioned for LEMUR’s musical robots. The series will feature live pieces by composer/performers John Flansburgh and John Linnell (They Might Be Giants); J.G. Thirlwell (Foetus); Morton Subotnick; and George Lewis,; along with pieces for solo robots by R. Luke DuBois, and Brendan Adamson. (The same program will be performed on each of the three nights.)
