Live Stage: Norwegian Ambient Sound Artists [us NYC]

Please join us on Monday night for a rare performance / presentation by one of Norway’s leading electronic artist and remixer, Knut Sævik, who worked for Nils Petter Molvær, Bugge Wesseltoft, Eivind Aarset a.m.m He is founder and member of Mongolian Jetset, one of Norway`s outstanding Electro Acts, touring all over the world;

Alex Gunia b 1964 Cologne, Germany guitarist, Producer, sound engineer, composer and sound designer. Alex works mostly in the field of free, electronic and contemporary music, teaching at the Norsk Musikk Høgskole (Oslo) and working on numerous Projects with norwegian musicians, including Mongolian Jet Set, Bugge Wesseltoft, Terje Evensen, Anders Tveit, Audun Waage, Kjetil Møster, Ketil Gutvik, Ole Morton Vaagan, Andreas Bye, Kjetil Husebø, Per Zanussi, Peter Baden etc. - Alex Gunia resides in Oslo, Norway; and

Tore Brevik was born on a small Island on the West coast of Norway with no roads or threes. He killed his first wolf by the age of 8, and his first polarbear at just 14. He holds a Bachelors degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and two Master Degrees from Cal Arts in Los Angeles. He is highly involved in the norwegian music scene and a well known player, who is constantly searching for new musical dimensions while playing the drums or all kind of acoustic and electrical percussion instruments and noise boxes.
