The 2008 training will cover the fields of 3D CGI, post-production, animation and special effects, media content for the web, web TV and e-marketing. The training is mainly based on open source software and provides skills in innovative and efficient tools and distribution channels allowing for achieving quality production and/or education process at low expenses. AV Festival 08: On the Future of Broadcasting [uk NE England]

Multichannel audio is well-known in the digital arts community, but multichannel video became more and more prominent in recent years. While it is easy to just project multiple videos that are not connected, using all videos as part of a connected space requires that you apply some mathematical concepts to your programming. Some of the same calculations are used in multichannel and surround sound audio spatialization as well. The following class will review spatialization for video and audio. Continue reading
